The queen room here is newly furnished and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a clean ensuite bathroom.

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional service; my room was modern and cozy with a well-heated private bathroom.

Beautifully decorated building and rooms with new amenities, conveniently located near the promenade.

My stay on holiday was excellent. The scenic views of the sea were amazing. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was contemporary with a lovely bed. The breakfast was varied and lovely.

The hotel of choice in Whitby. Charming small and friendly place with excellent service. Wide varieties of lovely food at breakfast. Amazing location very close to the promenade and friendly staff.

Our double room was contemporary and had a flat screen TV, a sea view balcony, and coffee. The hotel was in a particularly good and fab location very close to west cliff and sea front, the 

My room and bed were great, with a nice view of the sea 🌊. The location was awesome - right by tons of restaurants, the city center, and Melrose, as suggested by other reviews.

I loved the stay and would stay here again. Rooms were airy, everything was perfect. The beds and pillow were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lovely homemade jams, perfect to start my day.  

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food, and the location was amazing, right by the seafront and in a peaceful area, near the promenade and Whitby Pavilion, and the check-in process was quick 

Neat and airy units with an amazing comfy bed and bedroom plus space for clothes, and the staff were amicable.

The double room here was lovely and taken care of, and had bottled water, great WiFi, and even some biscuits.

Varied and absolutely superb breakfast with lots of options. Brand new queen room with nice interior design. Large beds that are comfortable and provide a good night's sleep. Incredible location, just next door to the promenade, the Melrose,
